The project
A good architect friend accompanied us on this journey, and together we were able to create the essence of Venta de Arrieta, which is reflected in many of the details you will find when you visit our house. We imagined the ideal rural house, thinking of all the things we would like to find ourselves: good design, harmonious spaces, respect for tradition, comfort, overflowing nature, paths that invite walking, starry skies, fresh air, grass, sun, snow, silence, the sound of birds singing, the clinking of cowbells, or the sound of water in the river, fruits and vegetables in the garden…
Behind every object, there is a person and a story, and all of them help us make Venta de Arrieta what we have wanted it to be.
We have preserved the architectural heritage of Venta de Arrieta with a renovation that respects the house’s architecture and its surroundings.
It was very important for us to minimize the environmental impact and ensure that the project was sustainable. We are proud to tell you that we have worked and invested to obtain an energy certificate A. With the help of the architect, construction companies, and the funds from the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan – Next Generation of the European Union, we have achieved our goal, combining comfort in the house with respect for the environment.

The rooms were renovated with aesthetics, quality, comfort, and simplicity in mind, always respecting the original architecture and structure of the house.
The breakfast
At Arrieta, we wish you a good morning with a tasty, healthy, and abundant breakfast. Every morning, we offer you a carefully selected range of local and homemade products, with a variety of options to suit all tastes.
The dining room
Since most of our customers go on full-day excursions, the plan to stay for dinner at Venta de Arrieta is very appealing. As you have requested, we have set up an area with dishes, cutlery, and a microwave so you can prepare a snack.
Outdoor space
Venta Arrieta offers you several outdoor spots perfect for unwinding, immersing yourself in a good book, and enjoying the tranquility. Relax surrounded by nature and fresh air in this unique space.

Cycle tourists
We have a secure, enclosed space where your bike can rest and recharge. The cows that used to use it found it very comfortable. We’ll be happy to take care of your bikes just like we do with you (or almost ;))).
Our orchard
With great enthusiasm, online tutorials, and the helpful advice of our neighbors, we have started a small organic garden. For now, raspberries are our favorites!
